- USE ALL THE LATEST AVAILABLE DIAGNOSTIC TOOLS TO DETERMINE THE SOURCE OF THE CUSTOMERS LISTED SYMPTOM. NOTE ANY STORED CODES OR FAILED TESTS AND ADVISE OF ANY NEEDED REPAIRS AND PROVIDE AN ESTIMATE. INSPECTION FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO THE REPAIR UPON APPROVAL IN THE SAME VISIT. – Inspected vehicle, First found that customer installed incorrect valve block due to vehicle not having air ride suspension on all four corners, it only has air ride in the rear, Front suspension height is electronically controlled. Scanned vehicle for faults: Retrieved can communication faults to the Chassis control module. Using scan tool commanded the front suspension height to raise, command is not accepted. Recommend taking vehicle to a MB or German automotive specialist, There is a facility named AUTOHAUS FRANKFURT that specialize in MB. –
